Donna Marie Franchi is a multimedia artist who primarily works with clay. She apprenticed at Moravian Pottery and Tile Works and is a former juried member of the Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen. She also has a degree in Psychology from Temple University. As a group facilitator and teacher, her primary goals are to assist others on a journey of personal growth, creative expression and a deepened sense of spiritual connection.

Handmade Tile: Cuenca Method

In this 4 day class, students will learn how to decorate clay tiles using the colorful, cuenca method of filling raised outlines on the tile with glaze.  Class meets once per week for 4 weeks.

Students will have the opportunity to explore different methods of printing on clay: stenciling, stamping, monotype, block printing, screen-printing.
